ESGA Develop Emergency Management Systems and Plans based on a practical on-site assessment with key stakeholders.

Reviewing hazards associated with the village and the possible consequences of an emergency. The assessment will look at the nature of potential hazards at the property and its immediate surrounds.

Whilst it is a regulatory requirement, our focus is on developing systems which comply to regulatory framework although are simple and easy to use which include:

• System – developed with mandatory requirements and only add what has been identified as necessary additions for the site
• Policies – developed with achievable objectives
• Procedures & Plans – developed specifically to suit the key stakeholders and environment in which they are to be used

We believe you should only want a system, policies and procedures that will work for you. You know best, if you want more, add it in, less take it out. The main point is to test it actually works and if it doesn’t, modify it until it does what it is intended to do which is save lives.
